Questions will be answered via the telephone, the mail, fax machine, e-mail, as well as in person. 

The Reference Department provides an extensive collection of bibliographic and research material, including a wide selection of magazines and newspaper holdings. 
The department participates in the Connecticut State Library's interlibrary loan service.

Over four hundred periodicals are maintained representing all disciplines.  State of the art technology is available with personal computers for public use, an online catalog with various databases, and low vision readers for those with vision impairment.

The Print Release Station is located in the Reference Department.
Printing is available for 10 cents per copy for B/W, and 25 cents per for Color.
